Reservation Information: A room block has been set aside for participants of the 2010 Long Term Care Conference. The government per diem room rates will apply: $140.00 + tax (single or double room), $150.00 + tax (triple room), $160.00 + tax (quad room). Based on availability, the group rate is available from May 2 through 7, 2010. Hotel reservations can be made by phone or online.

All reservations must be guaranteed and accompanied by a first night room deposit, or guaranteed with a major credit card. Cancelation of any reservation must be made 48 hours prior to arrival date and confirmed by the hotel confirmation number in order to avoid cancelation fees.
Hotel Policy on Tribal Checks: Tribal checks will be accepted as long as the checks are pre-printed from the Tribal Groups for room and tax only. Guests will still need to provide a credit card for incidentals at check-in as the hotel is not allowed to accept cash. At check-out guests will have the option to put any incidentals (if incurred) on the card or pay in cash at that time.

Sleeping rooms are available for persons requiring special accommodations pursuant to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
